September also saw the start if the Ethiopian (Rastafarian) New Year, Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) and a new moon in Virgo which is excellent to focus on new empowering rituals and wellbeing intentions.In Pagan tradition the Autumn Equinox is also a time to give thanks for all the blessings received symbolised by the Cornucopia, the horn of PLENTY.
If you wanted to mark this event you could set up an altar with an Autumn Leaf, A cornucopia and a gratitude list.
One thing that I would like you to be mindful of is that before focusing on harvesting you wanna check in with yourself on how present (or not) you may have been in preparing the soil, planting your seeds and nourishing them, watering them, sprinkling it with patience and love so that now you can truly harvest and ABUNDANT reward.
