Affirmations Wednesday to find your bliss

I allow myself to drop into serendipity

This week we focus on letting go of fear, overwhelm that you may have picked up from your external environment, news, lower vibrations which may have brought situations of negative spirals.

The affirmations are simple, yet powerful, recite often during the week.

When caos and fear reign outside of me,
I choose to disconnect, 
And I allow myself to drop inside 
To find the place of serendipity within. ✨

  1. What activities can I do to bring calm into my day?
  2. How do I know that I have dropped into overwhelm?
  3. How many times a day do I stop to focus on breath?
